En Social Science estamos trabajando el tiempo atmosférico y el clima.

WEATHER is an important part of our daily lives. The weather affects where we live, what we do and what we eat.

CLIMATE refers to conditions in a place over a long period of time.

In the desert the climate is hot and dry.
In the Antarctica the climate is cold and dry.
In the tropical rainforest (selva) the climate is hot and wet.

¡Hola a todos! Aquí os traigo nueva información sobre aspectos que hemos estado trabajando en clase. 

Estamos terminando el tema de naturales referido a los animales. 

Hemos estudiado los conceptos de: LIVING THINGS AND NON-LIVING THINGS.

Además, hemos estudiado la diferencia entre VERTEBRATE ANIMALS AND INVERTEBRATE ANIMALS. Vamos a ver unos vídeos donde nos explican muy bien como son y ejemplos de cada tipo.

También hemos visto los animales herbívoros, carnívoros y omnívoros. 

HERBIVORE ANIMALS: THEY EAT PLANTS. Cows, rabbits and giraffes are herbivores.

CARNIVORE ANIMALS: THEY EAT MEAT AND OTHER ANIMALS. Lions, crocodiles and sharks are carnivores.

OMNIVORE ANIMALS: THEY EAT PLANTS AND OTHER ANIMALS. Humans, monkeys and pigs are omnivores.
